ECO SCP MED aims at ensuring sustainability of the supply chain regarding main products and services in the Mediterranean area. It encourages eco-innovation and competitiveness through transnational cooperation, integration of experience and recommendations.

This project’s partners worked together with a view to integrate relevant achievements and mutualise experience and results, hoping to see a policy shift during the next Med programming period. Four topics are part of the project’s scope: products and services’ sustainability, production processes’ sustainability, sustainable management of industrial zones, and sustainable behaviours and consumption models.
Here are the main results of the project:
- Conception of a toolbox ECO SCP MED;
- Experimentation of 4 eco-innovative practices;
- Recommendations regarding sustainable production and consumption policies in the Mediterranean area.
